Save the Geese

The Pilgrim Geese are being evicted from Hogan's Pond on hole #5 of Trophy Club Country Club. These geese or others like them have lived on this pond as long as it has been there supported by the neighbors. These geese help deter the Canadian Geese from nesting and taking over the area. Canadians are messier, carry disease, and are sometimes aggressive. We prefer the domestic, cleaner and friendlier Pilgrims.

Please sign our our petition to save the geese! It will be presented to the club leaders to show that the Pilgrim Geese should be allowed to stay.

Club Manager and Board:

Please allow the Pilgrim Geese to remain on Hogan's Pond.  Many people enjoy having them on the golf course and they do deter the settlement of the wild Canadian Geese in this area. Those that have signed this petition include club members anad neighbors and citizens of Trophy Club.  These geese or others like them have lived on the Hogan Hole 5 Pond historically and the signees of this petition agree that they should be allowed to remain there.

Respectfully,

Libby Eddins
