Charter Home Phone service...

  • recipient: They say service is not available in our community(complex) yet it is everywhere else in the community.

They say that Charter Telephone is not available in my Senior community, yet it is in all/other households within the County of Tuscola, Michigan. (for those that choose to have it)

The cable & Internet is available, but, not the home phone service. I have tried 6 different services & none of them provide it. Why is it the only available service is Century link?? Is there a contract between them that restricts us from getting the phone service with any other service than Centurylink??
