We as Canadian Citizens and habitants are concerned with the lack of accountabilty of Canada Post and the fact that there is little recourse for customers who have been treated badly or services that have not been satisfactory. We ask that you Audit and Review Canada Post in an attempt to expose faulty policies, sub-standard customer service and lack of accountability and develop a means of  immediate 3rd party recourse or arbitration if a problem should arrive.
