PUPPY MILLS NEED SHUTTING DOWN IT IS CRUEL, THESE PEOPLE NEGLECT TO LOOK AFTER THE DOGS AND PUPPIES IN THEIR CARE, THE LIVING CONDITIONS ARE STINKING HOLES OF FEACES AND URINE ,OFTEN IN DARK CONTIONS AND LIVING IN TINY CRAMPED CONDITIONS..
