Equalize human and animal rights worldwide

It was after reading about this 5 year old little girl in Vietnam who found her lost dog on a market, that this petition came about. The dog was lying on the market ready for consumption. The dog was stolen from her backyard a few days earlier, had been boiled and was lying there, ready to be served to customers.

THIS IS REALLY HEARTBREAKING.

We demand that animals worldwide should be no less than human beings, and therefore have the same rights, and that animal neglect / mistreatment should be punished severely by the law.

Put an end to all dog meat consumption businesses, worldwide.

Please keep forwarding the petition around the world, there'll be no stopping until those countries that are implied here have made their changes concerning animal welfare.
