Example: they charge about 48% interest on child support payments, and if a parent is behind in payments they place that person in jail, where they definitely can not pay child support, they place a hold on a person's passport, they take a person's entire pay check at times forcing the person into further debt all the while threatening jail time if a payment is missed. This is in regard to Fathers/Mothers who pay there support on time or who were in a situation where back payments were issued by a non-judicial person who sits in the place of a true judge, a person who actually works for the same department seeking child support. As well as they circumvent laws pertaining to Veterans where it clearly states they should not take a Veterans Disability payments, but California courts, count it as Income, Although this low Disabilty payment is the Veterans only source of revenue for the entire month.no matter how low. Why are Veterans who served there country such a target for those who enjoy the freedom they have protected by veterans to then pass laws to attack those who help them live so securely.
