STOP keeping endangered marine animals in captivity

Have any of you in the past visited a place like sea world, thinking you were helping protect the magnificent marine animals?
You may have read on SeaWorld's website that they have been 'rescuing marine animals for over 50 years that have been injured, sick or orphaned.' But in actual fact their so-called rescue team are the ones who make the helpless animals suffer.
These animals are victims of a blatantly commercial experiment which has seen wild orcas plucked from their natural habitat and families and forced to live in artificial social groupings which resemble nothing to their natural order.
The majority of commercial franchises, such as SeaWorld, have their main intention of making a large profit and not the animal's well-being in mind.
Of course, I am not saying that every organisation which says it helps the orcas are fake.
There are many marine conservations in aid of the orcas which keep them in their natural habitat but check up on them ever so often to make sure they are healthy.
My favourite charity is called the whale and dolphin conservation or WDC.
WDC has been actively campaigning for over 30 years to end the trade of marine animals.
Their ongoing report makes it abundantly clear that killer whales forced to live in concrete tanks suffer in innumerable ways.
When you consider the fact that orcas can live up to 90 years in the wild, and that the average age of death for orcas in captivity is a dire 14 years old, it really doesn't seem right that humans determine their fate.
99% of orcas living in captivity have collapsed dorsal fins, this is not whatsoever normal nor healthy, like SeaWorld says it is.
In the wild orcas swim up to 140 miles per day, as they swim, the water provides pressure either side of their fin, keeping it upright and healthy. Now think about the size of the orcas' tanks in captivity and how far they can swim per day, a metre maybe two?
Orcas in captivity naw at the iron bars around their tanks, from stress, anxiety and pure boredom. The majority of the time this breaks their teeth, resulting in painful dental drilling without anaesthesia, as this is too expensive for SeaWorld.
Of course, we are not talking about some dumb animals who can't tell the difference between species. Orcas are highly intelligent animals, who feel and show all emotions.
Orcas' intelligence has been compared to that of a 3-year-old child.

Orcas are highly social animals who live in stable social groups ranging from two to 15 individuals.
In some populations, children orcas stay with their mothers for life. In captivity, orcas are forced to live with orcas from other families, who speak a completely different language to them.
They are also constantly being moved between facilities for breeding and performances to the public.
Many people don't know, but Orcas are not whales, they are part of the dolphin species, who are known for being extremely clever.
Orcas suffer both mentally and physically just to line SeaWorld's pockets. There are many ways you can support this cause, the WDC welcomes all people who wish to campaign on their behalf.
It is surely time we put an end to using these animals as cheap entertainment, and keep them where they belong.

Please sign this petition and demand that no more marine animals should be breaded in captivity and no more should be stolen out of the wild. We must shut down zoos that suggest they are 'helping' theses animals when they are actually exploiting them.
