DEMAND THE REMOVAL OF THE Emergency Manager responsible for Clean Water to Toxic Water Switch!

  • by: Claude Wilson
  • recipient: The City of Flint Representatives elected to The House of Representatives

It is important that residents of Flint hold the ONE person accountable who is responsible for Flint households being switched from clean water to toxic water. That person is The Emergency Manager appointed by the Governor.

The primary responsibility of the Emergency Manager is to "assure the capacity of local government to provide or cause to be provided necessary government services, which includes supplying clean drinking, cooking, bathing water to households, and "services essential to public health, safety and the welfare of the residents".

Citizens and residents of Flint should ONLY sign this petition if they expect and demand that the Emergency Manager, currently appointed to Flint be removed as the Flint, Michigan Emergency Manager, for failure to assure public health, safety, and the welfare of the children and families of Flint, by authorizing and overseeing the switch from clean water to toxic water.
