Make John Cena a playable charachter in Dragonball Fighter Z

Issue: The lack of John Cena lore in the dragon ball universe. Ikea Toonami really dropped the ball in building his universe.

Solution: Add a playable version of John Cena. In doing so this would solve a multitude of fixes.

-Long time fans can finally determine who would win Son Goku vs John Cena; in a once in a life time simulation scenario
-Would balance out the heavy fighters and light fighters
-John Cena has a multitude of colorful tshirts that can be used as different unlockable skins
-Introducing John Cena would beable to introduce the WWE extended universe with famous wrestlers like The Rock, Brock Lesnar, and Jinder Mahal
