Let PVP premades join as a full Alliance

For the amount of time and effort to make alliances, we (as your valued customers) should be able to que into a any 24-man PVP "raid" as a full alliance. Bigger FC's could benefit from this and que times could be better for PVP if people wanted to make the effort for making a full alliance for PVP
