Help Bring a GYM to Buchanan County

I know with all of this new development in Grundy there's plans to bring a lot of new Restaurants to the area ((according to the sign hanging on the fence over behind Taco Bell)) How can we go about getting a GYM in our county? I know we have the YMCA but it's overpriced in my opinion. How can we go about getting a Planet Fitness or a Anytime fitness brought into our area? The closes Planet Fitness is in Johnson City TN there membership plans are $10 & $20 a month which is affordable for our little area. The closes Anytime Fitness is in Abingdon, VA. I know we are labeled as the unhealthiest county in VA so why not bring in a GYM that can help us become Healthy instead of another restaurant. I don't know who to contact regarding this. On the plus side it will also bring a few new jobs to the county. I would really like to see this happen.
