Why still High fee for passport after indefinite leave to remain .£1005 this shame why we pay so high fee after paying all fee for visa already

Normal Fees for Citizenship and British Passport applications after getting indefinite leave to remain in UK Charging £1005 is not fair while already paid large amount for indefinite leave to remain in UK. Should be charge normal fee for British passport after indefinite leave to remain in UK. As supporting family and paying all Tax Bills its very hard to pay again again unfair amount of fee.
