It's Time To Build More Schools, HCSD

Roy Gill promised new middle schools and a new HC high school when he ran for superintendent. N Gulfport Middle School is way overcrowded and dangerous. Harrison Central High School floods in several buildings when ever there is heavy rain fall. Buildings are old and outdated. This school cannot hold the number of students. It's an open campus with over 1600 students outside during class changes. It's a nightmare waiting to happen. The cafeteria isn't large enough to hold students so they are forced outside in sweltering temps. It's time to build new schools. It's also time to build larger facilities for programs that are too large for their space. West Harrison High School band needs a larger band hall. North Gulfport needs their gym redone.

We need parents at the next board meeting on September 5th at the school district office. Sign this petition, letting the board know that you want to see these changes.

    1. More middle schools
    2. HC rebuilt
    3. Improvements made for N. Gulfport, WH and other schools/programs.
