Ban VH1 Love and Hip Hop NY Jen The Pen

On Feb. 4th, 2013, Love and Hip Hop New York, Aired an Episode “Can’t take the heat” with a White, but tanned, Mother of a Black Child, Jen Bayer aka Jen the Pen expressing her superiority with a comment I have considered more than just a “jab”. In a heated argument with one of the other cast members and a women of color, Raqui Thunda, Jen said that because she is "White it will get done" referring to her being able to get hired, as a Radio Personality - even though she is a struggling one now.

After she made her statement she was called an “Entitled Honkey” by her co-host but apparently, she was just coinciding to Jen’s comments.

Historically for generations, we have encountered this same notion, with or without it this statement being verbally said, because as the saying goes, “You don't have to be called something for someone to make you feel a certain way".

The reason this petition is necessary is because this young white female not only associates and reports Black Culture & Community, but most importantly (as I previously stated) has a black child and black man in her household. This should not be taking lightly and she should not continue to mount up revenue when she shares the same viewpoint that we people of color face in this oppressive society since the beginning of the encounter with those not of color. She is the enemy, giving birth and claiming to love a man, who is 100% different from her liking. The problem of this mindset is that, although she feels she won't face obstacles because she is white, the two people in her life will (at some point) or have already faced the same injustice from others who also carry her same rooted passiveness.

Ban her from Urban TV/Radio, Entertainment/Media and let’s direct her to those where she can join Don Imus in the same attitude that reflects the community that she is opposing to.

Jen Bayer aka Jen the Pen, made a suppressive comment and therefore, she be taking into accountability for her verbal action. It is necessary because this young white female not only associates and reports Black Culture & Community, but most importantly (as I previously stated) has a black child and black man in her household. This should not be taking lightly and she should not continue to mount up revenue when she shares the same viewpoint that we people of color face in this oppressive society since the beginning of the encounter with those not of color.
