Apart from two witnesses not one person that was present at Port Arthur on that fateful day picked Martin Byrant out as the gunman. In fact Byrant was never put into a line-up. Of the two witnesses who did single out Byrant they identified him weeks after the event. During this period Bryant%u2019s picture was plastered across every broadsheet and across every media outlet in this country. Locals who knew Byrant and who were at Port Arthur on that fateful day stated that Byrant wasn%u2019t the gunman. Byrant was picked out on a loose description based on the colour of his hair. Witnesses also stated the gunman was in his late teens early 20%u2019s with pockmarked skin. Martin Byrant was in his late 20%u2019s with very smooth skin.

this has to be the biggest load of garbage in australian history.people who really believe that bryant really did this is quite sad to think about. just look at port arthur cover up and the proof in there is undeniable and maybe we should really look in to the powers of asio and the afp. as far as im concerned they are the real criminals here.

Getting Martin Bryant a fair trial is within the best interests of the international community, as the same terror-tactics are being used in random shootings all over the place and not enough questions are being asked, not only by the media, but by us human beings. Giving Martin Bryant a fair trial would expose these terror tactics being used for gun control all over the world in the war against terror. It would benefit the international community mightily.

Read the police transcript, the police magazines evidence of two gunmen, the statements of eyewitnesses and grab a copy of the CD. There is just too much to list here. This is a staged event to pass legislation. Governments have been carrying out acts of violence on their own people right throughout history to achieve their aims. Nothing has changed here. The cover up, incredible incompetence on the part of the press and other things also point towards this being a psy-op.

It stinks! its so obvious that martin bryant could not have carried out the port arthur massacre for two reasons 1) having an IQ on the mentally retarded spectrum (66) 2) the pin point shooting that took place would have been very difficult for even a top marksman in lets say the SAS or the GIGN special forces let alone a mentally challenged young man with no experience with firearms. Martin Bryant is clearly innocent, and the setup was planned for a long time. Blind Freddie can see the utter lack of evidence connecting him to the case and the way the case was handled, from the lack of police attendance to Howard illegally overriding Tasmania's right to have the legally mandated inquest, makes a farce of the Australian justice system. All the sheeple handed their guns back as planned and the powers that be got away with murder. 35 murders actually, plus destroying the life of a simple innocent man and his family. There is too much information pointing to the FACT that Martin Bryant couldn't have possibly committed a crime of such calibre alone. There is no one man on earth who could have demonstrated such accuracy, control, or perfect timing like that being used to convince the people of our country that he did this on his own.

The same media which caused the coverup and gun confiscation is preventing the spread of this message so I suggest you try and get your site linked to others on the net such as the Jeff Rense Show (Rense.com) and other shows on the Genesis Network. If possible get someone to speak on air with them and ask them to link to your site. The Officer Jack McLamb show and the Nutrimedical Report are two shows on Genesis whose hosts know something about guns and the ability of people who fire them. Just a thought.

Mr Bryant deserves a trial by jury, as opposed to the trial by controlled media he received. All the evidence against him being guilty (including witnesses) needs to be presented, and let's not have representatives from the Tavistock Institute helping him 'remember' the events of that day this time. We are a Nation deceived, and we all deserve justice and the truth.

I could be swayed both ways that either he did it or didnt do it but until there is proof no one will ever know for sure. I am glad that the gun laws were brought in, my problem is that everybody deserves a fair trial.

I knew John Avery and was told in a relaxed atmosphere (about yr 2001 )in my own home By John Avery that Martin was innocent that he had to continually persuade Martin to plead guilty He looked across my kitchen table at me and said I had to do it for the Community, John Avery was also invovled in the Joe Gilewicz case which was another Tasmanian Farce in which he was partly invovled. Talk to any Tasmanian about this case (Bryant) and even the sensible people manifest in front of you I find this coverup despicable and wont sleep well till Martin Bryant is FREE

I believe that Martin Bryant should have the same rights that i have under the Australian Law. I believe that Martin Bryant a Mentally Challenged man may not have received a fair trial. I believe that There are many alleged facts that call into question many aspects of the official story since the time of the incident at Port Arthur and thus demand a proper trial.
