Protect Stacy Williams' Backyard Chickens and Garden

Stacy has lived in her home for nine years. Neither at the time of purchase, nor in the following years was she ever informed of a covenant of any sort. There has never been any mention of a governing board, nor any association meetings of any kind. July 3, Stacy was sent a demand letter by her neighbors demanding the immediate removal of her chickens - who are a prescribed therapy pet for her son - and that she remove chicken coop. They further demanded that she remove her garden. Stacy keeps her yard and garden beautifully. There are others in her neighborhood who have violated the same covenants she is being threated with, but they are not being sued. The neighbor is seeking selective enforcement of this long unenforced covenant. They filed a lawsuit on July 23 demanding removal of chickens and garden. They are not complaining about any other alleged violations in the neighborhood, although there are many... they only wish to target Stacy and her chickens.
