FIJI OPEN LETTER - Accept the NOBLE BANNER BLUE as the Peoples Flag

As a Fiji citizen, I would like to freely participate in an open, transparent and democratic process to decide whether the reasons given to justify the changing of our national flag are warranted.

A referendum is the most democratic way to achieve this, however I am being denied that right and therefore I submit below my preferred design for the Fiji Flag. Please accept this nominated design.
