Permit Parking for Long Island City Residents

The purpose of this petition is to protect neighborhoods and ensure residents can find parking in the areas which they live. A Residential Parking Permit program would limit on-street parking to participating residents living on designated blocks, while parking for non-residents without a parking permit would be limited to two hours.
