I Orlando Martinez, as a student of YES Prep North Forest am starting a petition against the "Revolution food" we are getting fed. The food, in advertisements, is suppose to be healthy and good in quality, but in reality looks and tastes as if it is made of plastic. We as low income minorities, don't expect a fancy lunch on the day to day basis. We just want something in which we can enjoy, considering the loads of work and stress that is put upon us. I am a living witness of just how much this new food has caused students to drop both academically and spiritually. I for the whole 2013-2014 school year did not eat anything during school hours, only causing me to feel weak drop dramatically in weight, and receive many common head aches. This led to many problems in attitude, health, and academics. We just want better food, that has bit more salt or taste. i don't just say all of this because of my own of a few complaints, i felt like it was necessary to make a petition because of the plethora of complaints i have received. We thank you for supporting us and are very grateful for all your help and consideration.
