Breeder Restrictions for maximum number of litters

People should sign this petition because they care about shelter pets and the over population of shelter pets living in small kennels and also being euthanized daily.

Breeders should be limited on the number of times they can breed, and each breeder should have to register their litters to allow proper tracking.

Please take a moment to sign this petition to restrict repeat breeding by breeders.  At the end of the day it's about greed and WE need to take a stand and fight for the over population of innocent shelter pets.  Shelter pets' lives matter.  One by one we can make a difference.
