why has this not been done already?
We need a register for offenders to be known to the orthorities to know staight away whether someone is known for hurting animals and if they are then animals will be taken away from them and rehomed with nice families !.
Anyone one the "list" will not be allowed to buy/own or keep animals in any way whatsoever!
