This "Special Shareholders Meeting" is being called to Vote upon the updated "Code of Regulations/Articles for Rocky Pine Campground. The Board does not want to Accept this new code without tearing it apart. The Campground Attorney has check this new Code and has given his recommendations and approval of the final copy. We need a majority of the shareholders to sign this petition in order that the shareholders can call this meeting to discuss these changes and vote upon the the New Regulations. These changes reflect making the Code of Regulations easier to read and understand, updating outdated language and wording, addressing relevancy to our particular corporation, and giving the shareholders more opportunity to make decisions on their own behalf. One of the most important changes in our regulations will be to limit the number on the Board of Directors to one family member at a time. This does not sit well with the current board, therefore, because of this issue the Board continues to drag their feet on acting upon these updates. The committee has worked dilligently for four (4) years to make this happen. Therefore, we need your signature to make this happen.
