Annual Budget: Failure to provide each member with a copy of the annual budget or a written notice that the budget is available upon request. Florida Statutes 720.303 6. (a)
Financial Reporting: Failure to provide each member with a copy of the annual financial report or a written notice that a copy is available. Florida Statutes 720.303 7.
And to discuss the budget, the bids from which the budget was derived, review the reserve funds for each year 2012,2013,2014.
And to discuss the role of the management company, their failure to perform satisfactorily, contractual obligations and possible replacement:
Poor communication...delayed response times.
