Make every February 29th "Slack Day"

February 29th (Leap Day) represents an extra workday this year, so I propose we officially recognize it as Slack Day.

Everyone will still go to work as usual, but it will be casual dress everywhere, and nobody will expect *anything* to get done. Clean out your inbox, socialize with your coworkers, take a long lunch, ignore voicemails, sit and meditate in front of the bridge you're supposed to be building... do whatever you want.

It only happens once every 4 years, and even 2 out of 7 of those will be weekends, so this will barely impact productivity - and it will help boost spirits during this long later winter period, completely devoid of holidays.

Note to parents: Everyone is welcome to participate, but I suggest you continue to care for your children on 2/29. At a minimum you shoud probably dress them and give them an apple.
