I think that it is quite clear to anyone who has played Keno in Massachusetts( for 3-5 yrs. or better) that there has been a dramatic drop in payouts over this time span.
This is my opinion and have no facts to back this observation. I am merely going on my own past and present experiences and those of the people around me with the shared feeling that something is definitely amiss.
My Question: Is the game "Keno" that is offered by the State of Massachusetts, in fact, random?
Our Goal: What we like to achieve by the signing of this 'Petition' is full disclosure of the process in which the '"Keno" numbers are selected with the 'oversight' of the Federal government and "The Federal Gaming Board (FGB).I don't think that we can rely on state agencies or officials in this instance, as we all know, one hand washes the other.
It is my opinion that each and every one of us, that play Keno, are being ripped off to an unprecedented level and it needs to be stopped and I hope you will join me in the fight by signing this petition. Time to find out why there has been such the dramatic change that we all talk about,yet, have done nothing about!
Again, I have no facts accept the blatantly obvious change's in the 'game' , but that's what this petition is about, getting the facts! What can it hurt?
