Demand higher welfare standards for Goldfish

Goldfish, like every other living thing have feelings and can feel pain, happiness and even grief. The life span of goldfish is at least 20 years, if looked after properly. However, when goldfish catch diseases, they can feel the pain and usually have to lie in the corner of the tank and suffer, which is not very nice. Just like a human, or a dog or cat, Goldfish deserve to be looked after properly and NOT suffer. Sometimes, the poor creatures are abandond and left to rot in a neglected tank.

So please sign this petition to Mr.David Cameron, expressing your concern over the welfare of goldfish and demand that there are higher welfare standards in place for goldfish. EVERY signature Counts!
