Help keep Luis A. Sanchez II in the U.S.

On April 9, 2017 I was told that my uncle Luis A. Sanchez II was being detained by immigration and could be deported. Through out the summer I went to about 5 court hearings to know whether or not he would be deported. Some of the hearings consisted of us showing up and then being told to go home because the judge did not read all of the information in time or because the jail he was being detained at was not prepared. On August 18, 2017 I was told that the final decision was made and that my uncle would be sent to Mexico. Yes my uncle did commit a crime which was fraud but he is trying his best and he isn't a life threatening person or anything. He has family here that needs him. His daughter has attempted suicide several times. The other kids he has need financial stability. Without him here they won't have financial or emotional stability. Please help and sign this petition to help him stay in the U.S. and support his family. He is not a criminal, he just wants a good future for his family.
