Cease and desist at once!

This is a petition to address the growing  concerns and failure to communicate and properly care for Ms. Louise Guidi l when it comes to health and welfare. It is obviously that she is in need of care far great than this family can provide. So I stand before you with these signatures as my witnesses that continued failed efforts to communicate l and decisions being made without the knowledge of eachother will give me know choice but to file for guardianship and and have you both removed from making any decisions as you legally have no right to do so at present time as is.
