Stop apartment building developments over towering residential homes

This petition is important to stop the over towering development in our residential neighborhood. All the development is this neighborhood are 1-2 stories, even the apartment building at Cosburn and Broadview ave. is only 2 stories. Placing an apartment building between a one story and two story house would not only look unappealing, but would over shadow our backyards and intrude on our privacy. Also placing a four story building on a small property as1163 Broadview would cause a lot of vehicle and residential traffic to one particular address, possibly causing noise and parking issues to the single family homes surrounding it.
