Don't Let Big Powerful Hewlett Packard Take Advantage Of Consumers!

Any injustice to anyone must be dealt with!
Happy with my 2008 HP laptop and my HP printer, Jan 2014 in good faith I bought a new HP laptop. This new HP laptop was a nightmare: I jumped from screen to screen, it was always resizing, it would jump from where it had been scrolled to back to the top of timelines while user was scrolling down, it would become unresponsive. I went on using my 2008 HP even after buying the 2013/14 HP for the new unit was not working as it should. I had over 10 remote sessions with HP techs as well as over 10 sessions with HP Case Managers, sent the unit in at least 3 times, and the unit was not fixed. At last I was offered a replacement or refund. The Case Manager who offered the replacement or refund told me of another option I could have utilized which is HP sends techs to your home to do the repair. Learning of this option I made a contract with HP via the Case Manager that should there be any problem with a replacement I would never have to send it in it would be fixed either by remote sessions or home visit, only with that agreed upon did I take a replacement over refund.
The replacement was just as bad, again I went on using my 2008 laptop. I allowed over 20 remote sessions having only agreed that I must allow 5 and I had a home visit that lasted over 3 hours! It could not be fixed. The new Case Managers I was given both made rude remarks that it was good I had trouble with the new unit because they didn't like hearing that I support liberal causes so both Alex and Cesar Henry Araujo both laughed saying I shouldn't be doing that anyway.
I had only agreed with my first Case Manager to allow one home visit but I was more then happy to give HP a second shout with a second home visit. This was agreed to and the date was set, the week of the appointment I received at least 3 confirmation calls to make sure I would be home to receive the tech. On the day of the appointment about an hour before the tech was to arrive I got a call from Alex canceling the home visit and ordering me to send the unit in though this violated the contract I had with HP! I have not had one day of satisfactory service from first the HP 2d22DX or the replacement n-050-nr touchscreen-15, not one day!
HP understands I didn't buy the laptop to have to send it in and they realize I made a contract with Peter my first Case Manager that I would not have to box it up and send it in for repair and if the new unit was not fixed I would get a refund.
Now HP wants to demand I send it in for repair which is in total violation of the contract made between us when I agreed to a replacement over a refund. HP also has been told when I allowed the new unit to share with my old unit my old unit went "south" and I've had to rely on my cellphone for 80% or more or my Tweeting etc.
Don't let the Big Powerful HP Corporation make their own rules having caused me nothing but pain and aggravation the stress of trying to use the new unit has caused me physical pains, ( I am legally physically disabled )!
Tell HP its time to refund my money & make restitution for the damage caused to my older unit!  youtu.be/31szSiJQXSo  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GJW09G0Gzk   youtube.com/watch?v=4T1N8g
