This isolated bear lives in a twelve foot deep cement pool alone with no activities provided except a small hole filled with water. It is incredibly cruel and unnatural to watch. It is a stain of cruelty on the city of Berne . People gawk at the bear from above and throw things at it..please let us work together to give him his deserved freedom
