Put an end to APS robbing you blind!!!

APS (Arizona Public Service Electric Company), the only electric company available to the area. They are taking the fact that we don't have any other options aside from going solar and they are robbing us blind! Overtime which has become quite regularly they add additional fees to our bill FOR WHAT? We pay them for the paper and printing of our bill for crying out loud! We pay for meter readings when they don't even physically do meter readings it's all done from their computer and their comfy desk chair! I have seen numerous occasions where people's monthly APS bill is higher than their monthly rental costs! Something is not ok here! People that have to take their hard earned paycheck and give every single red cent over to APS. I have seen people from all income classes, people putting in 60 hour work weeks that have to get on the phone on Friday and listen to the dreadful busy signal trying to get through to WACOG (one of the only utility assistance in my area) to get help with their bill. They cheat people out of their money and nothing gets done about it... Why? Because we need electricity. I have seen them refuse new tenants electricity service until that person pays off the previous tenants past due balance? How is this justifiable in any way?! You just have to Google APS to read thousands of people's stories of how APS took advantage of them. This has to be stopped! I recently had to receive assistance paying a $1700 dollar electric bill! Yes I had fallen behind but $1700 dollars? When it was all said and done somewhere around a thousand of that were for fees and taxes and other ridiculous unknown charges. Than after that's all payed off I get a letter stating they owe me 11 dollars and some change... Oh no, that would have been a Christmas miracle, the next day I get a letter stating they miscalculated before and it was just brought to their attention they didn't charge me from Sept. 12 to October 5th and I owe them close to another 100 dollars! That's not all folks, after getting the 1700 dollars paid off my significant other decided it would be better in case anything happened again that we switch the service into his name. I checked the mail yesterday and he recieves the exact same letter charging him for that same time period...mind you that this is two different accounts with two different names and two different account numbers! I'm not complaining about having to pay for electricity, but take a look at your next bill and take a peek at how much electricity was actually used in that billing cycle compared to how much your total bill is..... Does that seem fair to you? THIS MUST STOP NOW!
