Demand answers regarding the Elephant Poaching in Zambezi Region!

Due to the fact that a constant blind eye is turned to the every day increasing of Elephant Poaching in the Bwabwata National Park in the Zambezi Region, Namibia, it has reached a critical point and immediate attention must be given to this matter.

We have recently come across many small Elephant Calves dwelling next to the Highway abandon. After investigation we were informed that most of these young calves are alone due to their mothers being poached and lying dead somewhere close by. This story was apparently also send to local newspapers, but to no avail. The result of this is many young calves witnessing their mothers being slaughters, some calves injured in the process, all alone, defenceless and without any food, milk or water, dwelling around all alone until finally starving to death.

Because of the drastic increase in Elephant and Human negative encounters, countless vehicles are being charged at by Elephants, traumatised by these events. The saddest part is that no one is doing anything about this, it is just assumed that "nature must take it's course", but nature is not to blade, HUMANS ARE!!

Should this proceed for must longer, I am afraid that the Elephants will eventually never return to the Bwabwata Park and migration patterns will change drastically, leaving thousands of Elephants dead and tourism vanished in the Zambezi Region.

Please, we need urgent help and need to voice out to the Government and people in charge so serious intervention can start!
