In Iceland, a man called Kristjan Loftsson owns a one man bussiness, killing and processing endangered fin whales.
After the processing of these majestic creatures is completed, Loftsson exports the whale meat to Japan, where the fin whale meat is widely eaten. This cruel and unnecessary destruction to the oceans cannot be justified and needs to be stopped immediately. Kristjan Loftsson kills hundreds and hundreds of fin whales, just for exploitation.
So, Please help stop this barbaric act by signing my petition, which will be sent to the Icelandic Government, persauding them to BAN whaling in Iceland. The following statement was said by Kristjan Loftsson:''Whales are just another fish for me, an abundant marine resource, nothing else.''

We the undersigned, are here today, to help persaude the honourable Icelandic Government, to please stop the cruel whale killing in Iceland, that is carried out by Hvalur and Kristjan Loftsson.
This barbaric act just cannot be justified and is unnecessary, as Kristjan Loftsson exports this fin whale meat to Japan. Fin whale is a very endangered species of whale. We hope that you will listen to the big majority of people who would like to see an end to this unjustifiable and incredibly cruel and unnecessary slaughter of Fin whale. We all feel very strongly, that this barbaric act has no place in such an advanced and modern world.
