A number of U.S Companies operating in Panama is allowing its personel to discriminate on other workers here in Panama. For instance I am a single man middle age wih no kids and for some reason unbeknown to me individual is speculating that I am a homo sexual in which I am not but even if I were it should not matter whats my sexual orientation is.I got hired at Dell panama around August 1 of 2012 and rumers began to fly about my sexual orientation they took me out of the training and had me learn on next to another female which is unusual,in less than two months I was fired without cause.I worked in sitel before and after I worked for Dell and I also experience discriminatory behavior,I had to quit Sitel because no one cared.U.S Coorperation should know that most  Panamañian citizents are biased toward homoxesual man or female and they would do anything to oppress them, they need to better manage the personel that they put incharge and monitor them and make sure that their not firing people for no reason. Also major Hotels in Panama I have all the qualifications to work but only because I am considered a homosexual they refused to open the door to me.
