Let Rich Saputo Out Of Facebook Jail!!

On July 23 2017, Rich was put on 'Facebook Probation' for three days because he was in "copyright violation" for posting a phone video of a couple Steely Dan songs from the shows they did at Dodger Stadium with the Doobie Brothers, the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Journey and Earth Wind & Fire. Wow, that was a great run-on sentence...
Anyway, THAT was the only reason. At a show where there were thousands of others doing the same thing that he was. No one has ever complained about the few hundred other videos he has posted over the last ten years. The majority of his videos were done with the permission of the band, promoter or pr people. If not, then they were done from the audience like everyone else.
After the three days, his account was just simply disabled by FB for the same reason.
In addition to his personal account, they also disabled his photo page "Rich Saputo Photography" because the email was the same on each page. Not only did Rich lose photos that he has done for bands, but the bands that had the photos tied to their sites have lost all that content as well.
There are also online magazines who have lost links and photos on their sites too. He has also been unable to even start a different account. He can't even log onto Facebook to just look.
You all know that he shares all his photos and videos on Facebook for no profit.
People from ShakedownNews.com, organizations like Topanga Days, companies like Framus Guitars & Warwick Basses and people in the Grateful Dead family can definitely attest to that. The charity Sweet Relief Musicians Fund which puts on benefit shows for musicians with cancer have offered to even write a letter to FB on his behalf!! But there is no address to send it to...
A lot of friends have lost some of their photos of themselves because his are gone. Friendships that have been cultivated for years are gone.
There are over 4000 people that follow his photos on FB. People look forward to them. Probably even more people than that look forward to the pictures of Mr Guilty, his dog...
All he wants is his personal account reinstated. His photo page would hopefully come back as well.
He has heard nothing since the 23rd of last month and actually had to fill out an online 'appeal form'.
Still no word.
Can you just sign this so he can present it with another appeal?

In the meantime, you can go to his YouTube channel to see all the videos from the past few years that he's been dumping on there. The channel is his name.

And please look him up on Twtter (@richthephotog) and Instagram (richthephotog) too. That may be the direction he goes if this FB-thing doesn't work out.
