Mandatory Annual Testing for Doctors Prior Re-Licensing

I met so many doctors who are not up to date on latest medical information and prescribe drugs whose name they know but have no clue what they are used for. They hurst people--they killed my mother too--out of being clueless and without enough knowledge. They need to train every year to keep up AND test to be sure they learned the new information.
