Greetings fellow residents of Heritage Green! Our HOA is working hard to keep our dues low and to be good stewards of the hard earned money we all contribute. As you may have guessed, lifeguards represent our single largest line-item expense. Unfortunately the cost for our current lifeguard staff has increased by 25% in the last year alone! Our board is working hard to find a low cost solution, including requesting bids for a new life guard company and looking for certified volunteers. But the HOA needs to know if we, the community, want to continue to have a lifeguard on duty. Please sign this petition to let the board know you do want to have lifeguards at our pool! It's a certainty that the risk of a child drowning at our community pool will increase significantly without vigilant and trained lifeguards on duty.
