All-Inclusive Education (AED) Act

We (being the members of CashParency) have sent a proposal to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, asking for her help in proposing and passing, in Massachusetts State Legislation, the All-Inclusive Education (AED) Act. This Act will serve as an amendment to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination based on Sex, Gender, Race, Origin or Religion in Federally Funded Programs, as well as the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, which prohibits Discrimination in public and private educational institutions based on Sex, Gender, Race, Origin or Religion. However, there is nothing in either act which states the prohibition of discrimination in education or federally funded programs based on Sexual Orientation. While some schools may already practice this, it's not enforceable by Federal Law.
