The people demand justice

On or about July 19th, 2012, Bryce Zubicki, 23, of Temecula was taken into custody recently by Sheriff’s deputies and charged with three felonies – commercial burglary, attempted grand theft livestock, and felony animal cruelty – relating to an incident that took place last summer.

"In the early morning of June 15, 2011, a security guard patrolling the grounds of Fallbrook High School interrupted the attempted theft of two Tennessee Fainting Goats at the agriculture department," said Montion. "The suspect fled, leaving behind the two goats, which had been removed from the agriculture department’s barn and bound with duct tape around their legs; their mouths were taped shut." Montion said one goat died during the incident.

This year, DNA
samples from the duct tape identified  the suspect as Bryce Zubicki.  The man’s DNA was in the system due to a prior arrest.

On 9/19/12, Zubicki pleaded guilty to one felony, grand theft of an animal.  Prosecutor Elizabeth Silva told the press the Zubicki will likely recieve probation.  His sentencing is to take place on 10/17/12 before Judge Kimberlee Lagotta.

Probation for being charged with 3 felonies and a prior.  THIS IS OUTRAGOUS. The man murdered a living, feeling being.  What if this was your dog or your child?  We demand the Mr Zubicki serve time.  He took a life and needs to pay the price.
