Register Cats in City of Onkaparinga.

City of Onkaparinga will review its Dog and Cat Management Plan in June 2017.
This petition seeks to demonstrate there is community interest for the Council to use provisions Under the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995, to introduce By-laws for the management of cats, specifically registration of cats.
Currently The Cities of Mitcham, Flinders Ranges,
Kangaroo Island, Roxby Downs, Victor Harbor&
Whyalla require cat registration.
