stop oil production of any kind near fresh water

Recently Bp has had another accident with oil.  This time it was Lake Michigan. There should be no drilling or oil production of any type near wet lands especially fresh water.  

Fresh water is a precious resource, it is also limited.  With global warming and evaporation on the big fresh lakes already causing damnage oil and pollution does not have to happen also.
