STOP Shelters abuse of animals,NEGLECT and High adoption fees

Petition to END the horrific treatment in "Sheleters " and those who SELL "Pretty dogs with TRYING to get Outrageous adoption fees whcih result in the animals being MURDERED. Also a few other issues especially gas chambers and puppy mills. GOVERNORS NEED TO BE MADE AWARE and take Charge of those UNSCRUPUOUS shelters who are not, likemost honest ones .
