Deceptive Business Practices With Debit Card Company

This company deceives people about purchases, a person can have $1000 on one of these pseudo cards, try to buy a gaming system that is $150 in price just to have the purchase backfire on them, I so happen to be one of them when I was purchasing a 2TB internal hard drive from Best Buy.com several days ago just to look like an idiot with this company's evil tactics.
