recipient: Was Roxy "sick" or neglected? Did shelter staff investigate?

Petition:
"JUSTICE FOR ROXY!"
Roxy, a female GSD was taken to MDAS (Miami, FL) on Saturday, 9/25. Owner says she was "sick". Shelter staff immediately euthanized Roxy without the hope of rescue/adoption!
*We, the undersigned are appalled!

Did the shelter staff thoroughly question the owner? (Had Roxy been seen by a vet?)
Why was Roxy not taken to a vet's office for euthanizing?
MDAS should and NEEDS to do an investigation of said owner's property!
What were the living conditions like for Roxy?
Could she have been vetted and saved?

WE WANT ANSWERS!
