Upon arrival to an appointment with his probation officer, on June 26,2017, James Dillon Loving was made aware of an arrest warrant, and arrested and taken into custody, at that time, in Gregg County, Texas. James Dillon Loving is currently being charged with violation of probation on a criminal charge dating back to 2014. It is the opinion of The people of the United States, that these charges be dismissed, and deemed null and void, and James Dillon Loving be released from custody.
