Taiwan has dropped it's responsibilities around spay and neuter programs . Instead they allow strays to multiply, be left at the garbage dump to be preyed upon by these heartless butchers. The lucky strays that are not caught are hit by cars, set a fire by students, burned with acid, have elastics put around their necks and muzzles which imbed into the animals body, slowly killing them. (the list is endless)
We have a voice and we must use to apply pressure. We are the only voice they have.Please sign and tell the government of Taiwan that the world is watching.Thank you For the Love of Paws
