Change Demanded to Civil Orders of Protection

The order of protection issued by a judge from any Municipal,County,or State judicial system after a short private meeting between a judge and an applicant. Needs changes in the process by which those who are accused wrongly have a means to prove their innocents.This in order to help prevent false statement made by the applicant to accuse solely to infringe the defendant/respondent his his right to property and right to bare arms. Those supposed protected Constitutional rights.
