Demand a refund of the excessive large Reserve Fund being held by SCMC Ltd

Company Members of SCMC Ltd should sign this petition as the Reserve Fund being held by The Company is far to large and should either be paid back to Leaseholders as a cash payment, or be credited to Leaseholders Service Charge accounts to offset future charges. I have written to the directors many emails on this subject, shooting down all their reasons for keeping such a large fund, and proving to them that such an amount is not needed. All the points they have raised are either untrue or are red herrings. They have now decided that they will not answer any more questions from Company Members on this subject, and that Company Members will have to wait until next year when they set the 2015/16 Budget, to see if such a refund will be given. I have already polled 27 of the 36 Company Members by email, and 21 agree that a refund should be issued. I now need all 21 Members to sign this petition, and hopefully the others will follow.
