ALL Dolphin Cove Condominium Homeowners are legally entitled to open disclosure of all past and future financial expenditures and obligations. WE INSIST that the Board allow the legally entitled access to the past financial records and WE encourage and support any efforts that the NJ Courts and the NJ Department of Community Affairs can offer to require our Board of Directors to provide full financial disclosures! WE INSIST that the Board call an open meeting for all homeowners to openingly discuss past enpenditures and to also discuss and approve our 2017 annual Budget for the Association!
